Mobile pick-up information

SmartFix offers complimentary mobile service to the Las Vegas Strip. Our location is only 5 minutes away from most hotels and residences. The process is very easy and simple. Please follow these easy steps to request a repair service.


  1. Please print form here. If you do not have a printer, the front desk or concierge in your hotel may be able to help. Request for Repair Form.
  1. Please fill-out the form provided with as much information possible.
  1. Call us at 702-875-4050 or 702-979-9400 to arrange pick-up.
  1. After pick-up, we will evaluate your repair request and contact you to confirm the pricing. All prices are subject to change depending on the type of repair that will be needed for your item.
  1. Thats it! Let our expert team do the rest!


If you are staying in a participating hotel. You may be able to drop off your repair item at the front desk or concierge.


Delivery information

After the completed repair and payment confirmation, your item will be delivered by the times outlined in the repair request form.

If Express service is requested then your item will be delivered within 2 hours of the pick-up time.
